Here's why everyone is so tie-tie. Yep, snow arrived. We had not even had a hard frost yet when this showed up Monday.
Dropped about 4 inches on us and then cleared off and got really cold. Should leave on Turkey Day with rain again with temps back up in the forties. Forecast say this is going to be the coldest, snowiest winter since 1955. All that La Nina's fault, hanging out in the south pacific and messing up my season.

Love the pic of jr cat sleeping inside-out and upside-down! When you said "potato rolls", were you referring to Grandma Westphal's recipe for Mashed Potato Rolls? Absolutely the best rolls ever, maybe I'll resurrect the recipe and make some to go with the braised beef short ribs for NY eve. Have a great NY! Love you! Mom
